Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Hong Kong, Syngular Technology is at the forefront of integrating augmented reality (AR) and mixed reality (MR) into the medical field, with a strong focus on orthopedic surgery and beyond. Leveraging deep expertise in gaming technology, Syngular develops next-generation medical tools designed to improve surgical precision and support seamless remote collaboration.

Our flagship solution, SyngAR™, blends AI with XR (extended reality) to deliver real-time, spatially accurate 3D guidance during surgery. By overlaying medical imaging directly onto the patient, SyngAR™ offers surgeons an intuitive “X-ray vision” experience—enhancing both confidence and accuracy in the operating room.

Syngular’s advanced mixed reality platform also automates the conversion of medical scan data (CT or MRI in DICOM format) into highly detailed 3D models, or patient digital twins. This process, which traditionally took days, can now be completed in about 30 minutes—enabling more efficient pre-operative planning, intraoperative navigation, and post-operative assessment.

Currently, our solutions are being piloted in a major public hospital in Hong Kong, supporting surgeries for bone tumors and neurosurgery. Future applications are being explored in fields such as ENT, dentistry, plastic surgery, and scoliosis treatment.
